The Grand Jersey has been reborn, following a multi million pound refurbishment which will end in July 2008. The location is perfect, the cuisine impressive and the service faultless. One by one, all the existing dining and bar areas have been lavishly redesigned including:
- Victoria's restaurant: a unique informal dining room for up to 180 people with private booths, a dance floor and stunning views over the bay.
- An irresistible, dramatic champagne lounge: the talk of town with over 100 champagnes.
- Al Fresco: a commanding terrace combining greater privacy with uninterrupted views.
- Tassili: the only gourmet restaurant with acclaimed Master Chef Albert Roux at the helm.
The Spa at The Grand has became the latest in a line of top 5 star spas to launch in Jersey. Created in collaboration with the award-winning British spa and skincare brand Elemis, this multi-million pound spa is spread over 2-floors and 8,000 square feet. It features 6 state-of-the-art treatment rooms, a high tech gymnasium, spa bath, steam room, sauna, experience showers, heated indoor swimming pool and a heavenly relaxation room. There are 122 rooms at Grand Jersey and 7 suites. Every room is unique and all combine comfort and style in perfect balance. Over 60 are now fully air conditioned and completely refurbished to a premium luxury standard.
Land View rooms are equipped to fulfill your basic requirements while travelling. Of a traditional decor, they represent excellent value and simple comfort in a luxury hotel. The bedding configuration can be changed to 2 single beds on request.
Park view rooms offer lovely views over Victoria’s Park. Of a traditional decor, they are more spacious than the inland view rooms. The bedding configuration can be changed to 2 single beds on request. These rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.
Superior inland rooms have been refurbished to the highest standard. In addition to the listed facilities (below), these rooms feature a 42-inch LCD screen TV and DVD library. The bedding configuration can be changed to 2 single beds on request.
